New proposal:

why ?
In the statistics is shown only the number of troops. If someone did 100 militia. And another 20 knights and 20 crossbowmen. The second has less troops. But his troops beat militia. Units should have the points. That should be summed and used to give / show the graph power troops. :)

This is a good idea. Or maybe only a few picture, on one picture you can see a milita and under the picture is the number of milita´s from player I/II/III/IV....

Our Mulberry, not long ago, suggested a "soldier command" to Split 1 unit from group (instead of half by half till 1).

I want to suggest the "brother" from this special division: Split hungry units from group (also those with Skull).
Helps to not feeding those who still have enough condition, otherwise you'd have to make many annoying "micro splits".

Hmm... In the heat of battle, you just want to make these things as soon as possible. Imagine you want to feed only the most critical bars, but food at storehouse is limited. You don't want to commit unnecessary mistakes (feeding whole group). :wink:

We do feed only hungry units, but "Hungry" means less that 75% of condition :)

The command "Split hungry units" has more potential than it seems.

*If they are cheap (militia/lancers), you can use them to charge against towers, while other troops with +condition follow them.

*Also to place in front of immediate battle, so those who will die anyway (not enough time to feed them), will DO something.

*You move closer to your base the "Hungry ones" while serfs are delivering the food (faster procedure), not having to weaken so much the front line (which could happen if you move the entire Squad steps back).
We do feed only hungry units, but "Hungry" means less that 75% of condition.
I'm OK from 25%, gives a bit more time to think how to use your hungry units... feed soon or sacrifice? Decisions decisions.

This is a good argument for the seperation of hungry units.

I know I might have exagerated there, but believe me I prefer to feed them.
It's useful for everyone spliting hungry troops and send them to intercept slow serfs bringing the food.
This way, you can keep protecting a front, while feeding faster hungry soldiers (remember "skulls" critical bars).

However there are many playstyles... one of those could be of the "Bad King", who sends hungry troops to the front + labourers sacrifice. :) It's legitime if a player chooses to play that way, it's his personality, not mine.

This is a strategy game... and decisions are based on situations.

I agree,

Even tho it might not be very humane, it will be very practical in situations, when you don't have enough food to feed your soldiers, but you still want to them to do something usefull before they die from starvation. And yes this might be a suicide mission but then again, in war you sometimes have to sacrifice some of your men in order to achieve your goals :P
