Cant install on Vista... Please Help!

When i insert my KAM disk, Autoplay begins.... When i click on install (incompatibility with 64-bit versions of windows) pops up and i cannot do anything... how can i play this game on vista?

Also i have an older laptop with xp, however, when i play the game the scroll speed is crazy fast... even with the "Fast Scrolling" option unchecked. any fixes?

The game installer is not compatible with 64-bit versions of windows but the game itself is. Therefore the easiest way of playing it on Vista would be to install the game on your XP computer and then copy over the files (using e.g. USB memory) to your Vista computer. Installing the Windows Vista/7 fix available here should help in solving problems like sluggish game play you might experience playing the game under Vista (some versions of the game are known to crash with the fix however).

As for the scroll speed being too fast when playing under XP, I've heard that the same fix that fixes Vista problems supposedly fixes this problem as well but as I said it seems to be incompatible with certain versions of the game (but it's just a matter of deleting one file in case it causes more trouble than it's worth).

...or use the xp-compatibility mode of setup.exe (right mouse ons etup.exe in cd-drive -> properties -> compatibility).

@TK, that won't work, 64-bit Windowses don't support 16-bit applications at all, regardless of set compatiblity mode.

The only crashing version is 1.32, as Thunderwolf somewhere said. 1.30 works fine, as all TPR versions does.
