I'd suggest updating it to the latest version (r6720): https://www.kamremake.com/download/
Since the version you're using is so old you're likely better off using the full installer to overwrite your current installation.
PLEASE REMEMBER TO MAKE A BACKUP OF YOUR SAVEGAME FOLDER FIRST, or you may have to beat mission 3 again.
