That tree has been the bane of my cities dozens of times. I've actually had city plans built with that single freaking tree in mind. Curse Koczis for placing it there.

According to this website on meat processing, the percent of a pig that goes to sausage is about 8% of the packaged weight, which is 2.7 kg of the average weighted 98 kg pig. I could not find any information online about the change in weight of domesticated pigs since the late middle ages, but articles seemed to imply that they were similarly fat back then too. If the butchers made sausage out of a similar portion, we can safely use the numbers I provided.

So this means that if you take 2.7 kg / 3 (three sausages per pig in KaM), each sausage serving is a surprising .9 kg, almost a whole kilogram! That is a huge portion! That's about 2050 calories and 16 servings according to America's FDA.
needless to say, the citizens in KaM are eating very well!
