Sounds like you're quite inspired to do this! Unfortunately I don't have access to the .DOC file at the moment (and won't for a week or so), but here's the .PDF version of the English manual. Hopefully you can copy/check the texts you need from there.

Not sure if you are aware of it, but with this patch, the responding time of mercenaries (the ones that can be "hired"/trained at the town hall) "raises" to ~7-10 seconds (found while playing TCK). It is pretty annoying.

That is sadly a bug that exists in the original TPR and unfortunately I wasn't able to fix it.

For some reason without the patch it works nearly okish, even though it's idd worse than with normal troops.

What version is your unpatched game, is it 1.58 REL UC?
Usually the response time of your troops increase the more mercenaries you hire if I recall correctly.
