142? Does not depend on the number of buildings? That seems odd..

Could anyone advise on what it should be for Mission 9 TSK? starvation always seemed to occur...

You need to add more Inns to both enemy teams to prevent starvation. I thought the 1.6 patch already fixed this though?

Nope, still starvation, but not as much. Nowhere near enough serfs, bakeries, coal mines, etc. all constantly have full wares, not enough to deliver and army creation slows. Trying to find a fix now.
