Maybe we can convince Dreamkiller to make some of these tiles? His KaM artwork is very good.

Now, I guess we might start thinking about the features we want in the new map format that I assume you're going to make from scratch, for the next next (next?) Remake version?

Haha some weeks ago TheKnight told me that he hasn´t really time for KaM and doesn´t care about it, looks like he still care about it :P

I'm not sure we should do the new map format still. What pros and cons are from it?

My initial idea was to use one of empty bytes to store additional tile Id there (as Lewin explained, up to 65536 different tiles). Or maybe use 6 upper bits of rotation byte.

@Krom: I think using 2 further bits to store the tiles would already be enough, assuming there aren't s***loads of needed ones :p
