Nice mission but idk if you should fix this:

- Make as much bowmen as you can (or need? :D )
- Take one of them
- Go and attack AI
- PRO AI will send just ONE group.
- Wait until your bowmen kill this group, take one bowman again and repeat trolling...

Maybe make AI sending 2-3 groups? Swords+pikes+crossbows for example.

Tournament Beta r6157

All defence positions have radius = 10.. Too less tiles. Make radius = 16 at least

Hmm. Andreus, I didn't catch that, but thanks a lot for your help! However, if the radius is increased to 12 tiles, that should be enough. At least the way I beat it didn't take advantage of the 10 tile radius, so it's still a legitimate strategy for this difficult mission, but I suppose I could have had fewer losses from that first village that way.

I like that you used 3 barracks like I did! :) Did you finish/win it?

To everyone who watched my replay,
How was my village, construction speed, and weapon production speed, given the circumstances (I believe towards the end, my village could produce 1 knight per minute)? I have always been paranoid about food production, so you can see at the end of the game, I had over 600 food items stored. Of course, I usually do not build more than two (or even one) vineyards, but I felt that it would be more efficient and permanent if I traded wine barrels for gold as opposed to coal, gold ore, or iron ore because the mines were so far away. I also built so many stables and swine farms to trade pigs and horses for iron weapons.

- Ok, so fixed that you can attack top-left village over the mountains (You can attack farmer, but noone will go for you)
- Set Ai defences to 12, but it will send still only one group of swordmen, I don't like when you attack a village, like you did with that bowman and then everyone in that village will go to kill this ONE bowman, I think horses and xbows will go for bowman with two or more groups. (For enjoying the fights I recommend you to attack AI in front of his village, not yours)
- fixed text file
- added some life in the south lake
*edit:
- added win goals (All enemy storehouses, barracks and army)
- fixed some elevation issues
AND ONE IMPORTANT THING: I WANT TO RENAME THIS MAP, BECAUSE THERE ARE NO LONGER TWO SIDES, I WAS THINKING ABOUT FAIR TRIAL, OR STH LIKE THAT, SAY YOUR OPINION AND SUGGESTIONS, PLEASE

just finish this map on r5503 in 9 hours :D (I know, it is not the best time), it was really fun and I enjoy this map. The enemy was not a big problem, when you prepare lot of bows to defend the entrance - so no problems with enemy attacks. But manage the city without smithy´s was really interesting, and sometimes there was huge traffic when I start trading in bigger scale :D (Note: on screen, bowmans which are protect the entrance, they are the first recruited troops, they survive entire game without lost :D)

Q: the "aly" village in middle-down does not make any troops?

No replay? No save file? Not in r6157? :( Oh well. I trust you did enjoy it though, but it's more difficult in r6157.

But the answer to your question is yes, the bottom village does not produce soldiers. I wouldn't see the point that it should, since it's a neutral village. If it was the human's ally, it would cause problems with the enemy AI, as I mentioned earlier in this thread when vatrix (CZ) made it so.

By the way, what a large village. :o

EDIT: 1613 stored sausages! Dude, you could have traded most of those pigs and skins for iron weapons!

I trade only for few iron weapons, it was very "time consuming", so i made only around 150 xbows. And then, it was just fun when I start send troops in groups around 60-80 soldiers :D :D :D I broke enemys defence on north only with the force :D :D

anyway, I will try it again in r6157 if it is harder, and definetly I will use same tactic (and I will post here the replay). There is only one obstacle in this mission: in 1 hour you must trade for enough gold, if you survive first attack, you can not lose.
