Point system for fighting units

Hi Kammers!

KaM is a game where the unit strenght is not in numbers but more in quality fighters, so it seems. So, if there was ever a point system to be introduced in a future release, I suggest something like this. This seems fair, based on raw resources/effort from serfs (not on fighting statistics):

corn coal iron gold wood points worth
0 - 0.5 - 0 - 0.5 - 1 = 2 militia
2 - 0.5 - 0 - 0.5 - 1 = 4 bowman / lance carrier
2 - 0.5 - 0 - 0.5 - 2.5 = 5.5 axefighter
0 - 4.5 - 2 - 0.5 - 0 = 7 pikeman / crossbow
6 - 0.5 - 0 - 0.5 - 2.5 = 9.5 scout
0 - 6.5 - 3 - 0.5 - 0 = 10 swordfighter
4 - 6.5 - 3 - 0.5 - 0 = 14 knight

Not included is the availablity for resources/ spam facor, which favors leather over iron troops. Although the market negates this mostly (depending on the lenght of the game).
This list shows also why the scout is rarely seen in MP games. Maybe only a better vision is enough to fix the unit, to finally do where he's disigned for (hence the name). But thats maybe something for another day.

Based on your system,
Axefighter and scouts Wood(Trunk) aren't only total 1,5? 1 for axe +0,5 for shield.
Isn't 1 horse cost 5corn in the big average? So the difference between the swordman and knights are 5. Same between the axeF-Scout.

What bout the TH units? :D OK, actually pricing them is not so hard, true?
