I have a nice idea, you could create a small island(with enemy ofcourse) in the southwestocean and connect it to the northcoast.

Oh yeah ! That is nice ! That way I wouldn't have to worry about the North island only! But...there are so many terrain editors..can you advice me one of them ? They all look the same to me. I will also work on the North island...make it produce harder and attack faster etc..as for my ally I will only give him some more hand axes to his storehouse and maybe increase the gold.

Why is this your favorite mission? Your allies suck. And your enemies all use iron weapons.

Exactly ! My ally sucks and only builds up militia...So when they attack I take that chance and go with them. They waste the towers and get beaten up by the enemies while i make 12313412412 archers and win the game easy...

By the way that guest was me,I forgot to log in.

Since when is the strength of your ally important for the fun-factor of a mission?
By the way, if your ally was stronger it would be even more easy... At least they do train soldiers. What about your ''ally'' in the first 4 missions of TPR?

I don't know...I don't have TPR :(.

Hi Trin,
If you want a terrain editor use Krom's:
http://krom.reveur.de/index.php?t=kam
Unfortunately, you can't edit the original maps with it so it won't help you edit mission 7. You should try making a new map and mission. It's quite easy and lots of fun.
None of the other map editors are user friendly. You must add each tile by hand. (manual edging) In Krom's editor it does the edging for you. If you really want to edit mission 7's map then try Qage's map editor:
http://lewin.namsys.com.au/Qages_Mapeditor.zip (it is hosted on my site because I can't find another download link)
It is hard to use but I've heard it works.
BTW: I always liked this mission too! I like having an ally, even if they just send lots of rubbish militia to be massacred.

Fun factor? Never say that again. And mission 7 is actually hard the first time you play it. It's only the 7th mission and already your opponents are fully using iron ore against you. This mission honestly sucks, cause at the very beginning, your allies had iron weapon shops and also a stables but they get destroyed instantly.

Fun factor.

You think that this mission sucks. It is your opinion, not a fact. That the iron weapon shops get destroyed in the very beginning doesn't mind. Your ally has no iron and coal in his storehouse anyway.

Fun factor! :D

This mission isn't so hard, looking at mission 8 this is eaasy,at least ur enemies don't attack you in the begining with huge numbers and very strong men,and they don't have such a big army waiting for you inside the city, not to mention you don't have to worry about attacks from two sides...

Mission eight is a breeze. I built five watchtowers at the beginning, and only lost five axe fighters and zero bowmen. In mission seven I lost ten scouts and an axeman in the first attack.
