Alpha 8 buglist

Here's status on Alpha 8 bugs being carried over from older versions, reported and fixed:

Fixed/Implemented + Having selected a neutral unit that is about to be dead (killed) causes a crash + Camera changes height too noticeable on panning across mountains + Camera does not move smoothly when dragging over minimap + Desert 1v1 lacks stone deposits + Recruits are not shown on statistics + When creating new map, terrian selected in menu does not match the terrain in MapEd + Updated and renamed Desert to DustyDay + MapEditor won't load developers SP maps for editing from main menu + Gameplay key shortcuts in readme.html needs to be updated to include new spacebar function that rotates house construction blueprints + Serf should be able to "give" building materials to building Towers from any side + Game crashes if log gets deleted midplay + Game crashes when serf does delivery to a house that is destroyed meanwhile + Game crashes when unit walks into destroying house + Game crashes when serf tries to take ware from destroying house + Game crashes when fort with training orders is being destroyed + BadNeighbours and TheIronWolf maps did not allow to build Cottages Bugs The buttons [->] (go to this unit) and [X] (close worker tooltip) do not have hover over tooltips The game crashes when running several instances at the same time. (fails to open log file for writing?) RCE when repairing a building under attack When house is destroyed while a unit is walking it the door tile remains occupied / locked Workers house-building animation is jittery 2 units exchanging places while walking is jittery Stonecutter flickers during work animation Выходы из домов посыльные и хозяева идут дольше (как бы проскальзывая на месте) House descriptions in the little translucent box when hovering any house is gone after shown once – possible bug? Blanks and recruits have the same portrait/avatar If cottage is deleted, any blanks within become idle and don’t follow orders e.g. can’t be trained as serfs or soldiers. I am not sure if this is intended. Goldmine construction bug. Its eating ressources, never starts building and then just disapears Requests It would be quite helpful to have an explorer in the beginning of a game (i.e. non-combatant scout to explore the map). I played ‘rivals’ map for test. Vertical alignment of digits in font is too uneven Allow to change AI colour before the game starts Allow to pause and resume production in any time during the gameplay A gameplay idea: harsher climates where food consumption is faster and grain and tree grow is slower. This may create much challenging maps/scenarios I suggest to add objectives for citizen training into 2nd campaign mission

Shall I post bugs here? (I will for now anyway ;))

If you cancel a citizen in the schools queue, the school gets a bit ornery in that it keeps "dinging" over and over. My only solution was to finish training a citizen to get in back in the correct "loop." Does that make sense?
I used to spam this forum so much...

When serf take all items from stockpile it stays on map as 0 items spot. Player cant bulid in this place (only roads). Image

Hi there,

Just here to report that I can't seem to build iron/gold mines. When the labourer starts flattening the surface, suddenly the perimeter disappears and the build is cancelled.
