We from the knightsandmerchants-Community in germany are planning a tournament, too!
We have a few members, i think 6 or 7!
We are going to use Hamachi for play...u can join our tournament in the hamachi-network!

It is a german tournament, but everyone can speak english, so it would be no problem!

Its better to have 1 big tournament as 2 lower one!

Yea, we will start the tournament around 1st january!
BUt there is a little problem(i think u know it already):
Saving and loading is impossible! We have already tried it out, but it still dont works!
TK has send a email to joymania, but there is no answer yet!

Every ports needed are open, meight the problem is a router?
We dunno.

But we are working on this problem!
Maybe you have a answer?

I doubt the loading problem is caused by a router, probably an engine fault. Now that I think of it, I can't recall ever being able to successfully restore a saved game.

well maybe we can have smaller tournamnets by having battle maps so we will not have to save

You can have quite fast build a town games by setting troops and buildings as property, and have a short prepare time.

Hmmm... if u start with troops and and buildings u need 1 and a half hour, too! I play a lot online, and i try to be fast, but i need more than 1 hour till i can recruit some militia or or or....
Without loading we could play follow maps:
-caste-map
-every "only-fight-map"

Yeah i like the only fight maps they rock and ive played 2 on 2 battle maps i wanna experience other players when can i kick some ass
