Do you mean something like a "zone" which automatically lists games which are open? There used to be a Net-Games service in TPR but it was shut down. I heard someone is trying to figure out what kind of command you'll have to give to the game to allow this kind of stuff, as he was interested in creating his own matchmaker.

The problem is however, that the original zone wasn't active so I doubt a fan created one would be active either, but we can always hope.
