Hey, hey hey!

Hello everyone! I have returned! Again..

I took a long break from KaM while managing a Counter-Strike 1.6 community. Still managing it but decided to take some time to get into KaM again.

Thought I'd say hello to everyone and see what's going on.

I'd also like to ask about TKE. Still ecstatic about it. How is it coming?

Thanks.

I noticed that you'd been absent for a while!

The KaM Remake is going excellent, but I don't know about TKE...

Hmm, I didn't realize there was a difference between the two. Isn't TKE the KaM remake?

No, not at all. TKE is done by Herold (and others maybe? I don't know for sure) And KaM Remake is done mostly by Krom and Lewin.

TKE is indeed being created by harold & JB_Snorro.
Remake is like you say.

As far as I know...

TKE is going slow, we're researching the best way to allocate available serves to the tasks that need doing.

Did you ever end up getting Joymania to release the source code or are you coding an entire new one?

Which leaves room for plenty of improvements, changes and new ideas since the original correct?

Sure, we're working on smarter serves at the moment, and we already have support for single-file missions (in addition to normal ones) and "triggers" in scripts (so you can, for example, put soldiers on the map whenever you want)

That sounds great! Is the AI going to be similar to that of the original or are you guys redoing it?
