No it's not possible to have a computer team as an enemy, but
you do can play as teams by enlisting a player(s) as your
ally. So it's possible to go 2vs2v2 or 3vs3

@ Plaguesworn - I went to the site you listed & downloaded TSK 1.20 demo. It says that it has full multiplayer functionality. I'm not sure if it works yet cuz I haven't had anyone to test it out with.
