Market - how to build?

Hello guys!
Im on 17 mission in TPR campaign and I still can't build Market, it's any solution to switch off this option?
Remake it's the best!

TPR have only 14 missions. Mean you TSK ?

Market doesn't belong in either TSK or TPR, so I am sorry, but it's not possible to build it there.

First step how to build a market properly:
1st Ban TDL or use one of the follow commands
Disable.TDL(True);
or
Player.Enable(TDL,False);
PS: of course with all my respect on level of joke
