What's the real purpose of this list of names?
Even a "random player" can play at 60 1.5/1 if forced by the others in lobby to play so.

this list is just players who are able to play 60pt at a decent 'ts' level and are/were active on teamspeak(i think)

And what will it achieve?
If they are of a decent TS level they'll be available on ts anyway for games and if they were of that level (which i'm apparently not) there is no reason to put them on the list since they don't play anymore.

In advance, please do not criticize for the terrible English.
Oh thanks a lot without adding me xd . But i am not so angry, because these list anyway, like said revo, takes ONLY ts players. About kam skill level you have no conversation. For example i am too stupid to use ts, because there are no tutorials on russian about how to use it normally - too much settings. Another thing skype...) But i am possible to win someone from ts on 1v1. For the second GONZO, especially THOR and someone may be else are the weakest players as i remember last games. So as i said about skills you have no conversaiton. But even with these undeveloped list someone weaker from these list just can't play only because there in such time some pro-veteran's wants to play too in full lobby! It is really stupid policy versus those players, who weaker, for example, who can't make standard 30 bows on 30 swords or even 25 on 25... One team will be always weaker than the other team, there are no draw. Host is possible to balance teams anyway...

About what you said... I can't speak for others, but when I'm making a lobby, I want to have a good game where everyone at least tries to play well. So if it's possible, I want to have 8 players that can speak, or at least listen on Teamspeak, regardless of their skill level. If they can listen, they will know what is happening on other fronts, and they will respond to our commands. It's not a bad thing to be new, or a worse player, we can balance the teams anyway. But if we have 4 players and one isn't on Teamspeak, and he makes terrible mistakes in fight, then it's kind of useless to play such a game. If a bad player is on TS, at least we can help him understand how to fight well.
