Copyrights don't exist on names as long as it is no registered trademark. Which means, you are allowed to name your clan the same way.

But still it's not nice to found a clan with the same name as a very successful, existing one.

Razor... again? It is pretty predictable now. I've found your algorithm You are taking names of DOTA2 cybersport profesional teams. Na'Vi played Dota2. Now "Invictus gamers" wich is taken from "Invictus gaming" chineese DOTA2 team.

I had also checked images wich you posted. There are on a first page of google picture searcher. Look.

Ofcourse you've changed a name and took picture from other websites. I dont know if it is illegal. But i am sure that this kind of copy paste is ugly. In my opinion if you want to found out own clan you should work on its names concept by yourself, same for visual part.

I also this name I have not robbed anyone..
I admit that copy the Na'vi name..
but this name I have not taken from any game.
Invictus Games is a totally Chilean name

I find it ridiculous:

-if I copy someone's name and put it in a game..

so it's totally legal...

No, that's incorrect. You can't use images found by google, because images (and music, sound, photos) are protected by copyright. Always. Putting them on a website and let them be found by google does not destroy copyright. However, you are allowed to make remixes and stuff like that under some conditions. But you are absolutely never ever allowed to take pics from other people and pretend they are your own. Not even for pics under public domain. Never! Hear me.

Names are not protected by copyright, unless they are a (registered) trademark. So you could not give your clan the name 'Microsoft' but you could name it 'SK gaming'. It's just not wise if you give your clan the same name as an already existing clan. That's exactly the same behaviour as the jerks out there faking names.

Names are there to be able to recognize your clan, so give it a name that people will learn to know.

I guess you become mad if you find someone using your nick online. And now you do the same and use other clans' nick? Think about it this way!
