Tournament process:

first we will have the group matches: there are going to be 4 groups each containing 4 teams, each team plays 1 match with every other teams within its group
after group matches first and second players are going to next round: quarter finals (4 matches for example: A,B,C,D are groups and 1,2 are places which players occupied in groups, so: A1 is playing with B2, A2 vs B1, C1 vs D2, C2 vs D1) then half finals (winners from quarter finals) and then final
after group matches the third and fourth places from each groups are going home the tournament is over for them

We don't know this... but what would be if 10 months pass and no news from Zoltan?
I think if Mercenary is the co-organizer, he will have to take the strings in some moment.

I don´t understand that. I asked him some days ago in Facebook about this tournament. I won´t paste here the exact quotation, but he said that he doesn´t see a need to continue the tournament from his side, because his team is "already out" and "Mercenary will do a good job without me". So only because he is not online on skype or on the TeamSpeak Server, it just means that he doesn´t play KaM actually and the tournament isn´t in his interests anymore.
Soo I don´t think really you have to "wait (for) Zoltan",because it is possible that you will wait until the next year. It´s in general bullshit to think about a "car accident" or sth similar, "only" because one guy is not playing a game anymore or don´t continue the work at the tournament.

It would be better, when he would say sth like "Goodbye, the tournament must be finished without me", but it is now like that, so waiting isn´t an option in my point of view.

Wow.. That's really disappointing. Kind of 'weak' also. If you organize a tournament, you organize it until the end.
