A New Brush

Hello readers, my next suggestion would really help out fellow map makers! (All of which I respect greatly and look at their works as art :) ) Would it be possible to create a brush that would utilize the "random elements" option except with a forest?
(Sorry I do not know much coding so if this looks stupid forgive me!)
For example maybe the brush code could look something like this:
Brush:forest
85;86;87;88;89;90;91
Chances (%):
85=14.285 ; 86=14.285 ; 87=14.285 ; 88=14.285 ; 89=14.285 ; 90=14.285 ; 91=14.285
The numbers 85-91 are the codes for a certain type of tree (from smallest to tallest ones)
Maybe a coder could add rocks, sticks, etc.. and change the percents to be more realistic?
Could someone tell me if a general idea such as this could be worked into a brush?

Re: A New Brush

This had been recommended many times before. I, for one, am strongly against it because I think mapmakers should go through the effort of putting thought into each and every object placed on the map.
I used to spam this forum so much...

Yes but it could help some people who are just beginning to make maps, you know not everyone here makes a map as good as you or The Dark Lord. Over time people will understand that the best way to make maps is by placing everything by hand. I used to think that brushes are all I needed but now I realize that I could add so much more terrain detail by hand.

Re: A New Brush

adding such a brush will make new people lazy, they will not take the time and effort to learn brushes are not good for detailed maps. :P
