House animation bug noone noticed

If you look closely, wares appear and dissapear not when they should.

E.g. Lumberjack making timber:
1. Trunks disappear,
2. then jack goes to take it,
3. then he saws it,
4. then he returns home,
5. then walks out
6. and only then timber appears.

Correct steps should be 2-1-3-4-6-5.

I believe the same happens with many other house animations.

Re: House animation bug noone noticed

Hehe good finding Krom. Well most of us don't play the original game. I do these days, to compare the AI in the campaigns, but even then it's nearly impossible to find this "bug" because you have really toswatch this guy doing his job  for a while and watch the same guy in the Remake then :D

If you think that this could also happen with other house animations and you need help in finiding these, I could do that just tell me.

Re: House animation bug noone noticed

i actually do not pay much attention to that indeed, so i did not notice it.

i did notice a funny bug however, which as far as i know sometimes happens when tabbing out and in the game. sometimes the trees will shake back and forth just a little bit, it looks like they are dancing. it does not affect any gameplay or weird gamebreaking stuff, it's purely visual. please don't fix that, it's hilarious.

XD First time I see a guy asking for a bug that should not be fixed. However I have never seen this "dance" before. Maybe you have different graphic settings or it's because you have a differen graphiccard. No dance for me :(

The original game had something similar with the stable. Is this bug with carpenters strictly related to the Remake? Because I seem to remember it always being this way.

Re: House animation bug noone noticed

The bug was found by a guy from kamclub.ru - he noticed carpenter animation would jump when making a bow. I checked a few other cases - it seems the bug is everywhere.

Whn we rigged animations, we assumed wares are always taken/delivered outside of the work animation. Appears we were wrong - wares are taken/delivered within the work animation (after first and before last step?).

Trees "dance" is due to rounding precision jitter, We tried to fix it, but sometimes it still pops up - consider it an easter egg xD
