gg generic failure (no resolution available)

Hi all

i'm new on this forum i've maked this account because i had a problem with Kam.
there is no resolution available as i press te resolution button he do nothing as i start a mission he said gg generic failure.
i've tryed de thing with setup cfg but it doesn't help i've have 1.6 patch it still doesn't work

in the past he have dont it normally but now i cant play it anymore and i want to try the 1.6 patch pls help me

Maybe someone else can help you find the actual solution to this bug, but my advice is to go to kamremake.com and download the remake for this game. The Remake is a fan-made mod that fixes many of the bugs found in the original game. Plus, The Remake adds many new features, like the marketplace, smarter AI, and Online Multiplayer through dedicated servers, to name a few.

The settings for resolutions in TSK are 800x600 and 1024x768, but you have separated .exe files for them. In TPR, basing on my experiences, your video card determines whether you can use a higher resolution than 1024x768 afaik. But that isn't sure, just a guess.

Download and install DirectX 9c, that might fix it for you. DD is direct draw, the DirectX feature the original KaM uses for rendering. Also make sure no other DirectX applications are running at the same time (it doesn't like sharing in my experience).

I'd also suggest you checkout http://www.kamremake.com.

i have downloaded directx 9c but it still dont do it

i have bee searching on the kamremake website but i cant find this download that fix a lot of bugs i have only seen a couple of multyplayer demo's

can anyone tell me where that download is?
