I have no idea how you are thinking. The pig farms had a value of 0.5 (aprox.) which is one pig every 2 minutes (in that time, he has to feed it 4 times and kill it), the farms need to supply 4 corn in 2 minutes then, thats 2 corn per minute, which is slightly less then what two farms produce. So in the end, you need less then two farms to fully supply the pig farm (1.63 farms to be precise - that's why most players go for the 1.5:1 ration between farms and corn needing buildings)
oeps ye. sorry.

I would like to ask do these values contain the rest time also?
Thanks!

These values (unless changed since 2014) include everything, even time worker spends to go to eat in the Inn.
IIRC I have run test maps (house in question with endless supply) for 2 hours (3 hours for slow wares like sausages iirc) and then divide resulting produced wares count by 120.

Is this the same ratio for the horses? Stables consume 4 corns to produce a horse too?

Correct. The only reason stables appear to use corn faster than pig farms is because stables have a much faster workrate.

I think its because horses dont need the slay action.
5 actions for a pig, 4 actions for a horse.
