Next generation consoles!

The next generation consoles are getting closer by the day with the Xbox 360 already released quite a while ago. Are you considering to purchase or already own one of the next generation consoles any of the next generation consoles? Post your opinions and arguments here!

I'm probably getting a Wii because it is going to be the cheapest one of the three, and because there's this Virtual Console thing allowing you to download old classics from the Nintendo, Super Nintendo, Nintendo 64, TurboGrafx and the Genesis. Good enough for me
If the Playstation 3 sees a major price drop (200? ) then I might consider getting it if there's games that appeal to me (Final Fantasy mostly).

I don't think I'm gonna spend any much money on games in future, so my answer is: none of the above.

I might buy a PS3, mainly for some of the games that might be coming out, BUt still, I doubt I will buy it due to high prices around here...

Even then I'm buying lesser games, since there aren't that many new good rts's out there...

You can emulate all those on the PC (though that's not really fast)
But game producers aren't crazy, they port most games to PC as well

yes, I know, I have emu's for gb,gbc,gba,nds,nes,snes,n64 and atari lynx.

but how would wii be emulated? with all those gadgets I guess it will be fairly hard.

They're bluetooth connected right?
Atleast the normal controller is.. seems logical that the rest is also
But then you'd need a wiimote, which sortof destroys the purpose of the emulator.
Be creative with the mouse? :roll:

I've now tried a 360, and I can say that now I know why it's called 360.

Cuz when you see it you turn around 360 and moonwalk away.

PS3 will be epic. I need it to get the new Time Crisis. And also for CoD4, and if any new RE games come out I'll need it for that.
