what is a user groups and how do you make them

i see the icon but no exist so how do u make them?

User groups can only be created by Admins (me
), maybe moderators. User groups can have some special rights compared to the normal forum user like accessing private forums or having different colored name, subtitle etc.
This forum does not currently have any user groups.

and how do you make someone a moderator
what qualaties do the need #of posts or something elese?

You do not become a moderator by post count, moderators are hand-picked by the admin, because moderators can delete, edit and move posts by other persons so allowing anyone to become a moderator would be a no-no. That is, moderators need to be trusted forumers.

On Knightsandmerchants.de we have 3 moderatos and 1100 User
Here are 27 user!
A admin can do this alone, i know.
Or he has holydays and dont visit the forum

Thats the thing about Knightsandmerchants.de i can only speak and read a little german the site should have an english version or section (the google translator isnt very good)
