Don't you think that there should be a link to the KaM Repos at top of the forums? Maybe beside the Teamspeak link?
Also, I propose to permaban best-known mapmakers from the forums if they don't start using the repository
Yeah, there will be a link. It's just that KaMRepos officially is still in public beta. But if people don't start using it the beta will never end, so...
The link will appear as soon as KaMRepos is out of beta.

I support Pawel's idea; it's very natural to me to expect that the logo will take me to the forums, and the unusual behaviour of the logo in KaM Repos confuses my brain.

No.

That's because you only visit the forum. The logo is meant to take you back to the index page. For the forum, that's the forum index. For KaMRepos, that's the repository overview.
If you want to go back to the forum, just click the forum link in the menu.

How about making a slightly different logo then, to emphasise that it's KaM Repos, not forums? My brain will be thankful.

Although I'd like to keep the header the same, it's not a bad idea. Are you volunteering?

I've added a 'wishlist' to the start post where I'll collect all ideas and features people like to have implemented. This doesn't mean that I will, but if I do I have something to work with.
Please note that only bugs will be fixed in the near future. No additional features will be added before February 2014.

Well I'm not going to grant your wish, so if you really want them you'll have to build your own repository

Imo, there should be a total vote count, because a map rated 5 stars with 1 vote shouldn't be comparable to a map rated 5 stars with 1,000,000 votes

It doesn't answer my question ;p Though I'm amusing that means you don't yet have an idea of how long this "beta" will be?
